General Consulting for Building Construction
This is our core business. We will collaborate with your architect and engineers of other disciplines to produce comprehensive plans and specifications suitable for permit, tender and construction. Once construction begins we will work with the construction team and in particular the electrical contractor to ensure that the project meets the design goals and applicable codes.

Integrated Systems Testing
Integrated Systems Testing (IST) replicates various operating scenarios, including standard and emergency conditions, within a building. Its aim is to ensure that all connections between systems designated for fire protection and life safety functions are correctly installed and operational as per their design specifications. This test will adhere to the relevant standards as mandated by Article A- 3.2.9.1.(1) of Division B of the British Columbia Building Code, which states that:
Where fire protection and life safety systems and systems with fire protection and life safety functions are integrated with each other, they shall be tested as a whole in accordance with CAN/ULC-S1001, “Integrated Systems Testing of Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems,” to verify that they have been properly integrated.
These components include but are not limited to fire alarm systems, sprinklers, standpipes, smoke control mechanisms, ventilation systems, door hold-open devices, elevator recalls, smoke and fire shutters and dampers, emergency power sources, emergency lighting, fire pumps, generators, etc. We have successfully lead Integrated Systems Testing for several multifamily residential building projects.
